Calgary Strength Training & Personal Coaching

I grew up active—playing sports, running outdoors, and always moving. When I moved to Canada, long winters, school, and life pressures led to inactivity, and by the time I hit nearly 230 lbs, I knew I needed a change.

I began strength training on my own, experimenting and learning through trial and error. As I shared my progress, people started asking me for advice, and I realized I could have a real impact on their lives. That moment led me to make a bold decision: I left my engineering studies behind to pursue a full-time career in personal training and coaching

I earned my NSCA-CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and advanced my skills with Level II Fascial Stretch Therapy, giving me the tools to help clients improve strength, mobility, and recovery. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from beginners to athletes as well as those with complex mobility or rehabilitation needs—creating results-driven fitness programs based on experience and proven methods.
